Fleur de Lis

Only recently did I learn that the Fleur de Lis, a symbol of the French and of French Canada, actually represents my favourite flower, the iris. As they have been bloomin in my yard for the last few weeks, I am sharing Van Gogh's image of the flowers with all of my Canadian friends.
